This is the cover redesign I created for the spaghetti western "Black Jack" from 1968. After doing so many spaghetti westerns, I've learned to appreciate the genre as a whole, but a lot of the plots and characters are the exact same from movie to movie. In however, it doesn't quite follow the formula, and that's why I love it. The big difference is the absence of a "good guy" from the movie. The movie in general was very dark and cynical from beginning to end, and I really wanted to capture that in the cover design.
